We want all of our guests to feel safe and welcome to fully enjoy our wedding with us. We have arranged for a hotel block at Crowne Plaza. To book a room under the hotel block, click the link included below, choose the date and number of guests. Under "Rate Preference" choose "Group rate" to get the discounted rate. When booking with the hotel block, use the code “RBW” to find our group. If the block is full when you try to reserve, you can still book outside of the block. We will have shuttle services provided through Lavdas Limousines for safe travel to and from the venue.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Hotel to the Wedding Venue

October 5, 2024 3:00 pm - 12:00 am

We have arranged for shuttle services to ensure our guests get back to the hotel safely at the end of the night. The shuttle will only make 1-2 trips prior to the ceremony so please plan accordingly to get yourself to the ceremony on time. The shuttle will then be available roughly every hour from 8:30pm-12:30am. If needed, guest vehicles can be left at the venue over night.
