Where are the bride and groom staying?

Answer

Zach and I have decided to stay at Hilton Phoenix/Chandler during the wedding. This hotel is not in the heart of downtown Chandler, but they do offer a free shuttle within 5 miles.

Can children attend?

Answer

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. Adults only please!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We know the holidays are a busy time for everyone, so please RSVP by November 22nd. Thank you

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. There is no grass/gravel at the venue, so you can wear any type of shoes.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The temperature averages in the 70's during the day and high 40's at night. Remember you are in the desert, so 40's will be a little chillier. The venue is indoor/outdoor, so you may want to bring a jacket or long sleeves for later in the evening.

Can I take pictures and post them on social media?

Answer

We do ask that our ceremony is phone and camera free, we have hired a very talented photographer and want to ensure he can do his best work during the ceremony. We will be happy to share those images once we receive them! During the cocktail hour/reception please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like and post away!! #twosday #A2Z #lovegoinguponatwosday

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We will do our best to accommodate all food allergies! There will be gluten free/dairy free desserts available and when we meet with the caterer we will be sure to address this concern. When you RSVP to the wedding, please be sure to specify if you need GF pasta.

Are the wedding and reception at the same place?

Answer

YES!! All events for the wedding will be located at Soho63 in Chandler, AZ.

What will happen after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony the bride and groom will go with the photographer to take a few pictures as husband and wife. All guests and wedding party are welcome to enjoy cocktail hour.

Are there any other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

Zach and I are currently working out the details for the wedding timeline and if there are any other events we will be sure to list them under the "Schedule" tab where you will be able to RSVP.

When should I book my hotel?

Answer

The sooner the better!! We currently have room blocks available, but we only have limited rooms and February is a BUSY travel time for the Phoenix area! The deadline to receive the discount for the room block is 1.20.22. You can book now and pay later!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We understand the majority of our wedding guests do have to travel to attend the wedding, and although you will be significantly missed we completely understand if you are unable to make it. Please just RSVP with "no," as soon as you are know you are unable to attend to keep our guest count accurate.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Depending on which hotel you stay at, you will be able to either just walk there or take a quick, free shuttle.

Will transportation be available after the reception?

Answer

YES!! Again, depending on which hotel you stay at, you can either walk back to the hotel OR we will be working with Hilton Phoenix/Chandler to ensure all of our guests receive transportation back to the hotel after the reception. Please keep in mind, the agreement with the hotel is to take guests back after the reception, if you decide to go out in downtown Chandler after the reception you will be responsible for your own transportation back. I would then suggest Uber or Lyft.

Zach and I have been together a very long time and have everything we need. Your attendance is our gift, but if you truly want to provide a gift we did set up a honeymoon fund on our website.
