Trevor and I matched with each other through an online dating app ! It was so simple it felt as if it was fate that brought us together. Somehow messaging Trevor that his "Dinosaur shirt made me knees weak" worked and we had a date set that coming Friday night Sept 15th 2017. Trevor took me to see Manchester Orchestra (great band) and we were inseparable from the moment our eyes met. We both fell into conversation without a lull for hours on end. I think we missed the opening bands because we couldn’t stop learning everything about each other. I knew he was the ONE for me when he suggested we drive thru Taco Bell as we left the concert. Best LAST first date of our lives.

So we take an innocent Woods family weekend trip to Lake Arrowhead, nothing is going to happen right ? Wrong ! The first night of the trip was great. Spent time downtown, played games, and had a fiesta themed night of tacos and margaritas. Day two! We head out to go snow tubing (he had the ring in his pocket the WHOLE time). Flying down the slopes laughing and screaming we had an absolute blast... but we are getting old and after about 45 minutes we were DONE. After tubing we head into Big Bear village for lunch. Found a delicious a Thai spot and had a wonderful meal. Post lunch we are walking the streets and after we slow our pace to a stroll Trevor starts telling me how amazing our life together has been and how amazing he plans on making our lives together FOREVER and he drops to one knee and makes me the happiest woman alive.
