When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by the 1st of June. This will give us enough time to ensure there is plenty of food, drinks, and gratitude from us waiting for you in NZ.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal, but mainly... colours! Wear the most joyful colour you have. Think Springtime and warmth. Ladies, we'll be on grass most of the day so leave the stilettos in Aus and guys, it's worth mentioning that black suits are welcome too!

What time is the ceremony?
Answer
Catching the shuttle will ensure you arrive on time for the welcome drinks before the ceremony. Please arrive by 2:30 pm as the ceremony will be starting at 3pm!

Are kids invited?
Answer
If you know us well, you know that we love your littles so much. Unfortunately, due to our venue capacity our wedding will be adults only. The only kiddos attending will be immediate family staying at the venue, and those involved in the ceremony.

Yes! There are a few that have come recommended with hourly rates available on their sites. Is there venue parking?
Answer
Unfortunately parking is only available for staying guests. All other guests not staying at The McCallum Residence will require a seat on the shuttle or pick up and drop off via taxi or uber. Please pre-book a taxi/uber if you require this!

How does the shuttle work?
Answer
The shuttle has two pick up points, DoubleTree Hilton Hotel and Clevedon Village Market. There will be a pick up from DoubleTree at 1:30pm and Clevedon at 1:50pm. The shuttle back to both accommodation points will leave the venue at 11:45pm. The shuttle is free of charge for guests.

Passport expiration

To be safe, make sure your passport's expiry date is AFTER March 2026. International travel requires a passport with at least 6 months of validation to leave the country.

What weather can we expect?

We're hoping for sunshine obviously! We're expecting the weather to be cooler with an average of 18 degrees expected for that time of the year.

Answer
You've crossed the pond for us so your presence is truly the greatest gift you can give, but if you wish to give something extra, please feel free to drop a little something in our Family Fund.
