A beautiful place for an evening stroll. Cascade (pronounced kaas-kaad) is lined with cafes and restaurant and a walk up the gigantic limestone staircase provides a stunning view of Yerevan and the twin peaks of Mount Ararat! Each level of the staircase has various sculptures, art pieces, and water fountains, and the architecture is stunning. Plan your walk up around sunset and you can also check out the museum and art galleries inside (you can also use the indoor escalators to reach the top)

Definitely worth a quick taxi ride to check out this carpet warehouse and museum. The Megerian family has a really impressive collection of historical and antique carpets. It's best to book your visit beforehand online or by giving them a call.
