Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a big family and a lot of friends, to be able accommodate all of our loved ones only those individuals listed on the invitation can attend. Somos bendecidos con una familia grande y muchas amistades muy queridas. Para poder invitar a todos nuestros seres queridos, solo aquellos mencionados formalmente en la inviación podrán asistir.

Will transportation be provided to and from the event?

Answer

We will have transportation for those staying at the hotel. Please RSVP if you will be using the transportation service by September 15. Habrá transportación para aquellos quedándose en el hotel sugerido. Le pedimos que confirme si estará utilizando el servicio en o antes del 15 de Septiembre.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

It is always summer in PR! It is also common to have rain on our beautiful tropical island ;) Make sure to pack your swimsuit and take some time to enjoy the beach which is walking distance from the hotel.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for the welcome party (Friday) is cocktail attire, tropical prints and colors are encouraged. The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. Ladies should wear formal gown, floor-length dress or pant suit, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or tux. El código de vestimenta para nuestra boda es formal.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony and will ask for you to turn off and put away your phones/cameras/devices allowing our professional photographer to solely document the day. Don't worry we will share the pictures with all of you and you can take as many pictures as you want during the reception. Amablemente le pedimos que disfrutemos de este momento juntos, sin distracciones ni telefónos. Solicitamos una ceremonia desconectada de aparatos electrónicos en la iglesia, le compartiremos todas las hermosas fotos hechas por los fotógrafos y pueden utilizar los teléfonos y cámaras para todas las fotos que gusten tomar durante la recepción

Do I need a passport to go from USA to Puerto Rico?

Answer

You do not need a passport to enter PR, any form of photo ID is acceptable. (It is considered domestic traveling)

Question

Should I rent a car?

Answer

You can definitely rent a car if you are staying longer than the wedding weekend and want to explore the island. However, if you are only staying Friday through Sunday you should be able to use Uber locally. The drive on Friday for the welcome party is about 15min from the hotel. Transportation will be provided to wedding events on Saturday.
