What airport should I fly into?
Answer
We recommend flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Direct flights to CUN are available out of SFO, LAX & TIJ.
Question
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
Answer
The hotel is a 45 minutes from the airport. If you haven’t already coordinated your airport transportation, we recommend booking through https://www.yourcancundmc.com/chelsea-and-arman/. A shuttle for 6 is $240 round trip. The shuttle service will try to group our guests arriving at the same time, so the vans are full/costs are shared (in a perfect world $40 per head round trip). Fairmont also offers private shuttle services that you can book directly through the hotel. Ubers can’t pick up from the Cancun airport. Rental cars are available at the airport.

Where should I stay?

We encourage you to stay at Fairmont Mayakoba. 90% of our guests are required to stay at Fairmont Mayakoba. Please let us know if you plan to stay off property.

Is Fairmont Mayakoba all inclusive?
Answer
You can add on an all inclusive package for $175 per person per night. It is completely optional. Certain restaurants and menu items are excluded.

Is there a dress code?

Welcome Party - Please wear all white. Beach party in Tulum vibes. Wedding - Formal. Tuxes optional. Long dresses with vibrant colors encouraged. Wedding will be hosted on a hard floor platform so shoes will be protected.

We've carefully selected our guests and listed them by name on our invitations. We will not be extending plus ones.

Our wedding is an adult only event. Babysitters are available through the hotel.

Mayakoba is a 620 acres gated resort complex in Mexico’s Riviera Maya. The complex consists of pristine lagoons, jungles and beaches, award-winning hotels, and golf courses. If you stay at Fairmont Mayakoba you have access to explore the other properties (Rosewood Mayakoba, Banyan Tree Mayakoba, and Andaz Mayakoba). There are golf cart shuttle services to take you between the properties.
