No, though it is required for the majority of attendees to be hotel guests. If you make arrangements to stay elsewhere, make sure to notify the wedding couple so they can arrange resort day passes as needed. Also note that day passes are only available for the day of the wedding, outside visitors are unfortunately not allowed on the premises on other travel days.
No, it takes a card on file but does not charge the card until 30 days before arrival. Cancellations are free up to 45 days before arrival.
PVR international airport
You can book transfers through the hotel, however we recommend alternative options for better cost. We used Vallarta Transfers for the preview and loved their service! This can easily be booked in advance, or taxis are available upon arrival. They even have Uber available, this just requires you to walk across the street from the arrivals area at the airport for pickup. If enough people are arriving at the same time, we can help arrange transportation upon request.
This means the cost of the hotel already includes unlimited food and drinks. Many activities are also included. You could eat 3 breakfasts and 2 lunches/day if your heart desires!
Either are accepted in Mexico. We used USD without issue throughout our travels.

Absolutely! We want this to be your family vacation! Children are welcome, just make sure to include them and their ages on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. Note that Children 3 and under stay and eat for free at the hotel and children 3-13 are discounted for their nightly rate. Children over 13 are charged the same as the adult nightly rate. This hotel is very family-friendly and safe!
