Maid of Honor
My little sister! Oh have we been through it all! There is no one in my life I will fight with harder, but we'll also fight for and support each other the most as well. My favorite times together are probably whenever she does my hair - like she did for her own wedding! It has been amazing to grow up and see our friendship and sisterhood continue to grow and develop! Proud to have this feisty, passionate redhead by my side!
Best Man
Best man isn't just an honorary title for Curt. He is genuinely one of the best people that I have ever known, A selfless friend who has been unwavering in his support of me through our nearly 20 years as friends. We have shared more laughs together than I can remember, and a few tears that I will never forget. I couldn't be happier to have Curt beside me today as my best man.
Officiant & Bridesmaid
Hannah has the honor of not only being a bridesmaid, but also being our officiant for the wedding! Hannah and I first met in first grade tap and ballet class. But our friendship really took off when fate placed our lockers alphabetically next to each others through all of middle school. Our dates are always epic - full of long existential conversations, tears, laughter, and an assortment of delicious meats and cheeses. Hannah has been integral in my spiritual expansion journey, and it feels very special that she will be our officiant!
Groomsman
I am so proud to have Alton standing up with me. For those of you not in the know, he is my son, and he has been the source of much of the joy in my life. It has been amazing to see him develop into the person he is today. I am delighted to see him in his role as a father and husband, and grateful for the time that he still makes for me.
Bridesmaid
Marisa's maiden name being Curley, we were Arnson, Bailey, Curley alphabetically through all of middle school. However our friendship has lasted far beyond. Starting with long phone chats on our home land lines, our friendship has seen so much growth and development - through school projects to spiritual expansion, dating to marriages, sad things we wish we didn’t have in common, late night swimming, hot chocolates to wine nights, kayaking, forest exploring, dressing up for all the things, dancing, laughing, crying - all of it! As maid of honor in Marisa's wedding, one of my greatest honors was helping her find her bridal gown at my bridal boutique and hand making her veil. I'm grateful for all our years of friendship and for having her stand with us for the wedding!
Groomsman
I really can't say enough about the impact that Chaz has made in my life. He started as my boss, but quickly became one of the truest friends that I have ever had. In times of need he has always been there for me, and has been incredibly generous. No one person has more directly encouraged and impacted the success of our relationship than Chaz, and I am forever thankful for him.
