A minimum 2-night stay is required to book through the block (Check-in starts: 9/13 @ 4 PM / Check-out ends: 9/15 @ 11 AM). The block booking period ends after 07/19/2024. A shuttle will take our hotel guests to and from the venue.

If you prefer not to go through our room block - which requires a 2-night stay (9/13 - 9/15) - you can use this link to find deals on other hotels near our venue. FYI - we have been informed that the 2-night rule is standard in the Lakes Region during this time of year. Please note that the shuttle will only stop at our venue and the Hampton Inn & Suites in Tilton, NH. The Holiday Inn Express is a good option down the road from our hotel block. The Hotel Concord is also an excellent choice, but a little farther out from our venue (worth it for the bathrobes).

Shuttle between Hampton Inn & Suites Tilton and Hidden Valley Scout Camp

One departure time, from the Hampton Inn & Suites Tilton will be at 3:45 PM to our venue. There will be two departure times from the venue back to the Hampton Inn & Suites Tilton at 9:30 PM and 11:10 PM.

Travel Note

Camp Roads / Guest Parking

Camp Roads observes a 15 MPH speed limit for driver safety and road maintenance. When you reach the fork in the road about a mile in, bear left and then left again at the bottom of the hill for guest parking. When in doubt, follow the signs.
