When should I be in Virginia for the wedding?

Answer

We have the block of hotel rooms available for 11/4 through 11/8, but you are free to book your own lodging if you wish to be in the area for longer! We'll be very busy with wedding planning and are leaving on our honeymoon shortly after the reception though so you probably won't see a whole lot of us before / after the service.

What is the attire for the Wedding?

Answer

Our Wedding is Semi-Formal. Feel free to wear anything from suits and gowns, to khakis and sundresses!

When & where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will take place at the Atrium at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens November 7th, 2022 at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive between 3:30 and 4:00 as we will be starting as close to 4:00 as possible. The reception will take place immediately after in the Atrium so don't worry about traveling once you arrive.

Is there anything I can do to help with the Wedding / Reception?

All we need from you is to arrive on time and help us celebrate!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please fill out your RSVP, we've accounted for everyone we want to be present so you may see an extra guest listed on your party, if not then we'd prefer just to have you.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We'll make sure everyone can get to the ceremony! if we get enough people staying at the hotel they'll provide a shuttle for us otherwise we'll have a third party available to shuttle everyone over.
