Question
Will transportation be provided?
Answer
We are providing shuttle transportation through Stryder Transportation. YOU MUST BE AT THE SPRINGHILL SUITES HOTEL (28220 Jefferson Ave Temecula CA 92590) BY 3:20PM OR THEY WILL LEAVE YOU BEHIND. The shuttles will be departing ONLY FROM SpringHill Suites by Marriott and will run throughout the evening. We recommend utilizing the shuttles if you plan on drinking or are unfamiliar with the roads. Our beautiful venue is tucked away and has minimal service, making any ride share service virtually impossible to obtain.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 4:30pm and we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony start time so that you can get settled. Please be aware, if you arrive late to the ceremony you will not be allowed to enter and instead will be taken straight to the cocktail reception area.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Formal Attire. For our summer wedding, our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. We suggest that men wear a lightweight suit and women wear a a floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress or pantsuit.

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes! For guests driving themselves, our venue has a spacious private parking lot for you to use. Cars can also be left overnight, but must be picked up no later than 10:00am the next morning.

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We look forward to celebrating with you on the day!
