It was a fall day in September of 2010 in Ansonia, CT, April walked into a restaurant for food. John was waiting in line and introduced himself to her and asked her to call him. He gave April his number and she called him. April and John started talking and April really enjoyed his phone calls. They became friends and interacted every now and then. However, they didn't start dating until 4 years later, after he came to April's Superbowl party. Their first date was at a restaurant called Vivas, which is closed now.
