Question

When should I RSVP by?When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP at your earliest convenience and no later than March 16th. Your timely response is crucial as it helps us finalize seating, catering, and other essential details to ensure our wedding day is as magical as planned. We deeply appreciate your cooperation and are excited to share this special celebration with you!

Question

What is the dress code? What is the dress code?

Answer

We are thrilled to invite you to join us for an enchanting evening as we celebrate our special day in black-tie or formal attire. The gentlemen should be in sleek tuxedos or suits and the ladies in stunning floor length gowns—a true showcase of elegance and style. Please embrace the spirit of this glamorous affair and dress to impress! Kindly note, to harmonize with our chosen color theme, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing variations of white. We're looking forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Are you registered anywhere? Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! In Vietnamese tradition, we do not have a formal gift registry. Instead, we kindly welcome monetary gifts to help us begin our new chapter together. As part of the celebration, we will greet each table during the reception, which is when any gifts are traditionally given. We’re so grateful for your love, support, and for being part of this special day with us.

Question

Are children welcome?Are children welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! Children who are mentioned on your wedding invitation are warmly welcomed to join in our celebration. We love the joy and energy that little ones bring to special occasions. However, we also encourage our adult guests to consider this day as an opportunity for a relaxing, kid-free experience. If it's possible for you, feel free to embrace this event as a night off, allowing you to fully enjoy the festivities and create some cherished adult time. But of course, should you choose to bring your children along, we are delighted to have them be part of our special day.

Question

Are plus-one's allowed?Are plus-one's allowed?

Answer

To create an intimate and personalized experience, we kindly request that only those guests whose invitations specifically mention a plus-one bring a companion. If your invitation does not include a plus-one, we hope you understand our decision to keep the celebration more exclusive due to space and planning considerations. We are truly grateful for your presence and understanding, and we can't wait to share these joyful moments with you.

Question

What time should we arrive? What time should we arrive?

Answer

Our celebration kicks off at 5:00 PM, with a cocktail hour from 5:00 to 6:00 PM and dinner service starting at 6:30 PM. We can’t wait to see you there to share in our joy and festivities.

Question

What should we do during the break between the ceremony and the reception? What should we do during the break between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

After the ceremony ends around 2:45–3:00 PM, we’ll be taking group and family photos at the church, which will likely take 30–45 minutes. If you’re part of these photos, please stick around—we’ll aim to keep it quick and fun! For everyone else, this is a great time to relax, explore the area, or grab a coffee/snack before the reception begins at 5:00 PM. We’ll see you at the celebration soon! Note: Please refer to the "Things To Do & Eat" tab for recommendations!

Question

Are you having an open bar?Are you having an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us and the hangover is on you!

Question

What should we do if we have special dietary restrictions? What should we do if we have special dietary restrictions?

Answer

If you have any special dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP or feel free to reach out to us directly at the phone number provided on your invite. We want to ensure everyone enjoys the celebration comfortably and happily, so we'll do our best to accommodate your needs!

Question

Can we take photos and videos? Can we take photos and videos?

Answer

To help us fully capture the magic of the ceremony, we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during this time. This allows us to be present in the moment and ensures our professional photographer and videographer can document these special memories without distractions. However, when it comes to the reception, it's a completely different story – we encourage photos and videos galore! Feel free to snap, share, and capture all the fun moments. We would love for you to document these joyous memories and share your perspective of the celebration. Your photos and videos will be a cherished reminder of the love and laughter shared on our special day. Let's make these moments unforgettable together!
