So people don’t have to worry about driving up and down the mountain with a few cocktails, we are providing 2 buses for folks. Bus Details: The shuttles will Leave from Wintergreen Lodge at 7:30 PM; the Shuttles will return at 10:00 PM If you are driving, that’s fine too, but please note that parking may be limited!

Ceremony

3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Cocktail Casual - Please wear shoes you are okay with on gravel / grass

Please be at Bus Pickup at 2:00 PM Sharp! We highly encourage all guests to take shuttles TO and FROM Wintergreen Lodge. There is limited parking at the site and we will have early and late shuttles back. Bus Schedule: Again, please note the timing - we don’t want anyone to miss the bus!! 2:00 PM: Buses 1, 2 & 3 load at Wintergreen Lodge 2:15 PM: Buses depart for Glenthorne Farm 2:45 PM: Guests arrive; shuttle takes guests to the ceremony site (We are getting married on top of a hill (!) so we will transport folks up there) 3:15 PM: Extended family & guests are seated 3:30 PM: Ceremony Begins
