What about the little ones?

Answer

While we do love kids, we do ask that you make proper arrangements on care for the evening. We do understand our out of state family that don’t have the opportunity to have childcare for this, we still hope you can come with the babies!

Other options other than hotels?

Answer

Kerrville does have plenty of air bnbs for groups of people, especially that are traveling out of state!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 5:30, we do ask that our guests please be at the venue by 4:45-5:00. Doors shut at 5:20, if you arrive after we will see you ready to dance and eat at the reception.

When to RSVP?

Answer

We have made this site as an easier option for our guests, please RSVP by March 31st 2025, any date later we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate you. We do have to provide an accurate number of guests for our vendors and venue. We will send out invites months in advance please RSVP as soon as possible.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are not registered anywhere, we are keeping it simple. We have a card box out when you come into the venue

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi formal/ formal. Any color is welcomed, just please no version of white or off white any kind. Also, We do understand that we have family members that will want to wear jeans, we’d prefer if they were black jeans since the groom/ groomsmen will be in blue jeans, but it’s fine if they’re not.

Can I take pictures or video?

Answer

We are having a “unplugged ceremony” so no phones or cameras out. But you are more than welcome to take pictures or videos before or after the ceremony!
