We will have a strict dress code. We kindly encourage our guest to wear ALL BLACK outfits for our special day. Attire is black-tie. Absolutely no hats. Ladies can wear BLACK formal floor-length dresses. Gentleman can wear a BLACK suit & tie or tuxedo.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guest. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding.
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Unless your children are listed on your formal invite and when you RSVP to the event, this is an ADULT ONLY event. ( This will mean children who are not formally invited are not allowed to show up to our wedding day. There will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for them.)
If you do not RSVP by July 17th you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors & cannot accept late RSVP's. You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending," but find that you will not make it. Please notify Roxi as soon as you are aware.
This is an UNPLUGGED ceremony. We ask you to kindly silence your phone during the wedding ceremony & refrain from taking photos. We have professional photographers on hand to capture all the special moments & are excited to share their photos with you.
The ceremony will start at 5:30 pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find a seat. Ceremony will begin promptly & if you are late, you will be kindly asked by our team to not enter the ceremony space. Please wait & enter during cocktail hour. The ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception will be held on-site at The Terrace Club, 2600 US-290, Dripping Springs, TX 78620.
Yes, special request should be noted on the RSVP. Options will be provided for food. If you do not find one that suites you there will be space available for you to indicate so.
Parking will be available at venue. Shuttle for those staying at the Sleep Inn will be available, at guest request.
Pending weather, our ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outside and our reception will be indoors.

Yes! Please drink on us! Open bar will be limited selection. No BYOB allowed. Bar will close during the first dances & dinner, it will open back up when it's time to hit the dance floor.
