What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony will begin promptly at 2 o'clock

What is the dress code?

Answer

The reception dress code is cocktail attire, please wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Change in between ceremony and reception if you please, but it is not required. The ceremony dress code can be garden attire, feel free to wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues.

What time does the reception start?

Cocktail hour will begin at 5 o'clock pm where there will be passed and stationed appetizers.

Is there transportation provided to and from the reception?

Answer

There will be transportation to and from hotel to reception. First charter will be picked up at 4:45pm, last pick up at 5:15pm. First charter to end the night will begin at 10:30pm, last pick up at 11:00pm.

What is on the dinner menu?

Answer

Dinner will start with a house garden salad served with two dressing options. The main course will be chicken parmesan and roast beef, served with roasted red potatoes, green beans, and cavatelli pasta as sides. Dinner is being served family style, so please let the bride & groom of any food allergies for a plated course beforehand.

What is family style dinner?

Answer

Dinner being served family style means that all courses on the menu will be placed on each table on large serving platters, each individual seated at the table will pass and take as they please. Think of it as a big family Sunday dinner!
