Are there blocked rooms at Hotel Bethlehem for the wedding?

Answer

YES!!! In order to get a room on the block and for the wedding rate, you MUST CALL to make your reservation and give them Tony and Jena's last names (Brinkley and Auriemma). MAKE SURE TO BOOK SOON AS ROOMS IN THE BLOCK ARE RUNNING OUT!

Will my room be available before the wedding?

Answer

Since the ceremony and reception begin prior to 5 pm, we recommend any guest from out of town reserve a room the night prior to the wedding as check-in cannot be guaranteed prior to 4 pm on the day of arrival.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Unfortunately, there is no transportation being provided.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please be sure to arrive before 3 pm as that is when the ceremony will begin on time.

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off.
