This is where the welcome party will be taking place and we expect most of our guests to be staying here.

Art Ovation is located closer to the city center of Sarasota. If the room blocks run out, this is a great location and hotel for someone who wants to be more of a tourist in the city.

The Westin is located across the driveway of the Ritz. We have no block here, these rooms are low on inventory so we suggest if you'd like to stay here to book quickly.

If you choose to fly into Sarasota Bradenton, no rental car will be necessary. This airport is approximately a 10 min drive to the hotel locations.

If you choose to fly into Tampa, we suggest a rental car for the weekend. This airport is approximately a 1 hr 15 min drive to the hotel locations. An uber from this airport is approximately $80 one way.
