When should we RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1st, 2023 so that every guest has a seat and a meal reserved.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4pm - please plan to arrive within 30 minutes of the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We encourage you to wear cocktail attire. Please note that the ceremony will take place on grass, so choose your footwear accordingly!

Inclement Weather?

Answer

We are planning an outdoor ceremony. However, MN weather in May can be variable, and we have a backup indoor ceremony if needed! The reception will be indoors. Please look ahead at the weather so you can be comfortable.

Dietary restrictions?

Please let us know when you RSVP what dietary needs you have, and we will accommodate your request.

Bar & Alcohol?

Answer

The bar includes a selection of beer, wine, and Sangria! Cash or credit card will be required for additional drinks.

Is there parking at Rustic Oaks?

Answer

Rustic Oaks has a fully-lit parking area.

Is there transportation to and from Rustic Oaks?

Answer

The Microtel in Moorhead includes a shuttle to and from Rustic Oaks. The shuttle will run from 2-4pm and 10pm-12am.

Lodging?

Answer

We have reserved rooms at Microtel in Moorhead. Otherwise, there are many options in the area. Since it is NDSU's graduation weekend, we encourage you to book hotels early!

Can I bring a guest or a child?

Answer
