Here's how we love to spend a day at North Shore: We like to drive through the east side to get to north shore so that we can enjoy the beautiful drive out there. Grab garlic shrimp for lunch at Annikah's must-have when on island: Famous Kahuku Shrimp Truck (yes, that's the actual name). Hit one of our fave beaches, Ke'iki or Sunset. Enoy the drive through Hale'iwa and get Matsumoto's Shave Ice for a sweet treat. Other North Shore activities: - Beaches: Waimea Bay, Laniakea Beach (this one is famous for spotting turtles) - Food: Storto's, Haleiwa Bowls, Island Vintage Coffee - Misc.: Waimea Botanical Gardens, Dole Plantation (for the Dole Whip), Green World Coffee Farm (bring home yummy flavors of locally grown coffee)
