Question

Where is the ceremony/reception taking place and how do we get there?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Spencer family farm. The address is: 7570 North 83rd Street Longmont, CO 80503 The entrance to the farm is located on the east side of 83rd street. The entrance will be well-marked by a sign and balloons. You will turn onto a dirt driveway and enter through a metal and stone gate. The driveway is about a mile long, and you will follow the signs down the driveway to parking (more info below).

Question

What COVID-19 precautions will be taken?

Answer

We request that all guests be fully vaccinated OR have a negative COIVD test result within 72 hours of attending any wedding event and/or wear a mask. We do anticipate that 95% or more of guests will be vaccinated. Mask wearing is welcome for all guests, regardless of vaccination status, and masks will be available for those that need one. Though we are not requiring proof of vaccination status or test results, we hope that each of you will respect our wishes to keep our friends and family safe on our big day. This will be an entirely outdoor wedding with ample room for social distancing, but even with the above precautions in place, the risk is not zero. We trust each of you to make the best decision for you and your family using this information, and fully support those that decide not to attend for any reason. Please note that the above is subject to change, as we are closely following the Colorado Department of Public Health and Boulder County guidelines for outdoor events.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of room to park on the farm. We will have a few folks helping park vehicles, so you will be able to drop your car off next to the ceremony site.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Wear outdoor-friendly shoes because the ceremony and reception will be on grass/dirt and you will need to do some walking.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Absolutely! We cannot wait to celebrate with all of our friends and family members, children included. However, please keep in mind that our wedding will be taking place on a large, private horse farm. This includes all of the potential hazards that come with this type of setting (live animals, farm equipment, creeks and ditches, etc.). To ensure the safety of all of our guests, kids must be supervised by their parents or another responsible adult at all times.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Question

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

We reserved a block at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boulder Longmont. See the TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS page for more details.

Question

Will transportation be provided to the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

A 14-person shuttle will be available to transport guests to and from the SpringHill Suites (the hotel we reserved) and the ceremony/reception site, starting at 4pm. it will be first-come, first-serve, and the shuttle will run continuously throughout the night. there are no set departure times so you don't have to wait around for a ride!

Question

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

There will be appetizers and drinks during cocktail hour, and then a full buffet and an open bar during the reception. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns regarding dietary restrictions.

Question

When should I RSVP by?
