Message from our venue: "Venues are required to deny entry to the event unless a guest is either fully vaccinated by 14 days prior, or tested negative (PCR or Antigen test) within 72 hours prior. You are required to submit proof to us that your guests are either tested or vaccinated in order to attend. We cannot—and will not—admit anyone to the farm that does not meet either of those two conditions. We will however make the process as easy as possible for you by providing you with instructions and steps that participants need to take. We will also help you with how to communicate with your guests so they feel safe about attending, and understand their potential responsibilities regarding attending.
For those staying at the Courtyard Marriott and Holiday Inn Express, we will be offering coach bus transportation to and from welcome drinks and the ceremony/reception. We will provide time schedules and more information as we get closer. As a note, the bus will be equipped with a bathroom.
We love your kids, but the evening will be adults only, to allow everyone to relax and enjoy. Thank you for making the necessary arrangements so we can celebrate!
