Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. You may also let Annie or Luke know and we can complete your RSVP for you. We ask that RSVP's be submitted by May 10, 2025.

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by May 10, 2025, you will be marked as not attending. The bride and groom will make every effort to reach out to non-RSVP'd guests before this date. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide exact guest counts to our vendors and have limited seating available.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on the RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending," but are no longer able to make it, please notify Annie or Luke as soon as possible.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one was given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We love little ones! However, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the formal invitation. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors with the reception following taking place indoors. Please plan accordingly for June weather!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal attire. We want you to feel comfortable! The ceremony will be outside with the reception following being inside, please plan accordingly for the weather. Some ideas for the ladies include midi or floor-length dresses. Bring your dancing shoes!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no later than 4:15 pm, the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm.

What are transportation options?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Hilton Garden Inn to and from the wedding venue. Buses will leave the hotel at 3:25 pm. If you drive yourself, the wedding venue has a large parking lot to accommodate guests. As the venue is in a rural area, please keep in mind Uber/Lyft options are limited.

Will there be alcohol served?

Answer

Yes! There will be a partial open bar during the cocktail hour and reception. Due to venue policies, no outside alcohol is permitted.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
