We met as "freshmen on the floor" at the 2015 Penn State Dance Marathon thanks to our best friends and roommates, Betsy Miller and Jacob Klemmer. We started out as good friends, but with time our relationship bloomed into much more. Despite Annalise studying abroad in Germany and Thomas spending most of his free time practicing in the Penn State Blue Band, we couldn't stay away from each other and knew there was something special there. Junior year at Penn State, Thomas and Annalise each moved into Hiland Court apartments with their friends. The girls and guys shared a back porch with screen doors directly across from each other. Thomas finally asked Annalise out for their first date on August 31, 2016. We've been together ever since. Fast forward eight years, across multiple state lines and another country border, we now live together in Philadelphia. On August 31, 2023 Thomas asked Annalise to marry him on a hike just a short walk from our apartment. It was the best day of both of our lives! We are ecstatic to celebrate our love with you! We will be getting married at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Doylestown, PA at 3 o'clock in the afternoon on Friday, May 2, 2025. Afterwards, meet us in the garden at HollyHedge Estate in New Hope, PA at 5 o'clock for cocktails, dinner and dancing the night away!
