The Charleston City Market is a must for those who love to enjoy a local shopping experience. It's one of the nation's oldest public markets and the cultural heart of Charleston, home to more than 300 vibrant entrepreneurs. You must stop in Gold Creations, it is one of my FAVORITE jewelry stores in Charleston and their rice bead bracelets are gorgeous.

Walk the Battery for a gorgeous walk with great views! The Battery serves as the landmark, which is a defensive seawall & a boulevard in Charleston, SC. Named after the coastal defense civil-war artillery “Battery,” this place stretches through the Charleston peninsula lower shores.

Rainbow Row

Rainbow Row refers to the row of pastel-colored historic homes located on East Bay Street, just along the Battery. As one of Charleston’s most iconic sites, you can visit this area on any given day and is a great place to take photos!
