TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULE THURSDAY, JULY 4 - 6:00PM Shuttles will pick up from Holiday Inn Resort Lumina and Hampton Inn & Suites at 6:00pm. Please be ready and waiting outside the hotel. Shuttles will also be provided back to these hotels after the Fireworks Cruise. PLEASE NOTE: Downtown Wilmington will be very congested with the street fair and festivities. If you are not staying in a room block, please consider meeting at one of the above hotels to utilize shuttle transportation. If you plan to travel downtown on your own, parking will be extremely difficult to find, so consider using Uber or Lyft. For those in town early to celebrate the Fourth of July, join us on a Henrietta Charter Boat sunset cruise down the Cape Fear River, featuring the best view of the NC Battleship Fireworks. An Americana buffet and bar will be provided onboard.

Welcome Dinner

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Coastal Cocktail

Our Welcome Dinner will be held on the second floor, overlooking the Marina. Upon your arrival, the hostess will guide you to the elevator. FRIDAY, JULY 5 - 6:30PM Shuttles will pick up from Holiday Inn Resort Lumina and Hampton Inn & Suites at 6:30pm. Please be ready and waiting outside the hotel. Shuttles will also be provided back to these hotels at the end of the evening. If you are traveling to the location on your own, parking will be limited with holiday traffic. Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Black-Tie

Following our Wedding Ceremony, please join us for Cocktail Hour, Dinner, and Dancing! SATURDAY, JULY 6 - 5:00PM/5:15PM Shuttles will pick up from Holiday Inn Resort Lumina at 5:00pm and Hampton Inn & Suites at 5:15pm. Please be ready and waiting outside the hotel. Shuttles will also be provided back to these hotels and the Wrightsville Beach bars at the end of the evening. Farewell Brunch

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Beach Casual

Stop by the Lumina for brunch with the newlyweds for as short or long as you'd like on your way out of town (or to the beach!). Our buffet will be set-up in the private, ocean-front "Turtle Watch" dining room, to which the front desk attendant can direct you.
