We have a limited number of rooms reserved at each hotel. If they are fully booked, we recommend exploring nearby hotels or Airbnbs, or checking out the other areas listed in the accommodations section for additional options

No, we did not arrange for any shuttles. The hotels we've reserved are within walking distance of the venue. Ubers are also readily available
