Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held inside at the Look Park Garden House at 300 North Main Street in Florence Ma. This is just a short 15 minute ride from Hotel Northampton.

Is transportation provided for guests?

Answer

We will be having a yellow school bus for our guests to use! This is the schedule for the bus and it is first come first serve. This bus will be leaving from Hotel Northampton 3:45 bus leaves Hotel Northampton for Look Park 9:15 bus leaves Look Park for Hotel Northampton (if some guests want to leave early) 10:30 the final bus leaves Look Park for Hotel Northampton

Are children allowed?

While we love your little ones, to allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only.

Are plus ones allowed?

Answer

Due to the intimacy of the venue we are unable to extend the invite for plus ones unless specifically named on the invitation.

What is the recommended attire?

Answer

This is a semi-formal event. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We kindly ask men to wear suits. For women a knee length cocktail dress or ankle length dress is encouraged.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins at 4:30 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and take your seat.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, (no phones or cameras) but before and after the ceremony please feel to take any pictures and videos you would like.

Is there an after party?

Answer

There is no "official" after party, but Matt and I plus our wedding party will be at the Hotel Northampton bar if anyone would like to join us! The last bus leaves look park with us on it at 10:30 so the after party will begin around 10:45.
