Our Elopement

Although eloping wasn't our original plan, it turned out to be our biggest blessing. We eloped in Portland, Maine on April 24th, 2021. We were wedded by Kala Danäe Ellis, and had Mary & Keith Helton and Anna & Gui Guimarães by our sides. Our small, intimate ceremony was celebrated with incredible cocktails by Kala and family dinner in Portland. Since then, we have enjoyed a year of marriage while waiting to safely celebrate with all of you. Take a glimpse into our perfect wedding day in the photos below.

Before the ceremony we took an accidental detour for some pictures (that we think turned out amazing!)

We obviously had to take advantage of our photographer's music and dance to Shania Twain like nobody was watching

This is where we had our ceremony, at the Portland Head Lighthouse

Kala was the most wonderful officiant. She gave a beautifully eloquent speech that we will cherish forever. We are blessed to call her friend, mentor, and eternally a part of our love.
