Once you have reached the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center (DECC),park on the third floor of the parking ramp and follow signs for the skywalk to the DECC ( not skywalk to Amsoil Arena). Once you have entered the skywalk, turn right and follow signs to the Harborside rooms.
