We met through mutual friends online then later met in person in November 2019. Our first date was going to watch him play drums with the Mad Ants Drumline (no, I didn't go by myself, Hayley came with me.) During halftime he came up to the stands and asked if I'd like to go to Applebee's for dinner, and I of course said "yes!" (Hayley, I am so grateful that you came with me that night, because I had no idea it would be the night I met my soon-to-be husband). After that day, we spent so much time together, nearly did everything together. EVERYTHING. Then the pandemic of 2020 hit, and both of us would like to think that if our VERY new relationship withstood all that the pandemic had brought. We can survive anything if we do it together. Fast forward to 2022, and on June 4, 2022 he asked me to marry him (at my childhood vacation spot :')). And here we are about to become newlyweds in 2024!
