There is never a dull moment at Sandals! This is an example of the daily schedule when we went to visit in May. 

We recommend taking advantage of the on-site and included activities. 

Some of the activities include: 2 free dives a day for certified Scuba Divers, hobie cats, kayaks, waterskiing, tubing, wakeboarding, paddleboards, snorkeling, tennis and land sports, pickleball, state of the art fitness center, and day/night entertainment and live shows, plus included wifi. 

There are 9 restaurants to choose from including: Italian, Pan-Asian, Caribbean, Patisserie, Seafood, Brasserie, Mediterranean, and Sushi. 
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks anytime!
