Due to the dramatic increase in toursim in Asheville, NC in the fall, we'd encourage you to book your airline travel and lodging as soon as possible. We've secured a limited number of rooms at the Element Asheville Downtown for your convenience. We'd also recommend considering an Airbnb or Bed & Breakfast anywhere across the neighboorhods of West Asheville or the River Arts District. These areas are gorgeous and just a few minutes away from downtown. Shuttles for everyone will be provided at the Element Asheville Downtown at 3:00 PM, departing at 3:10, should you wish to meet us there. We look forward to celebrating with you!

The Element in Ashville is a hotel close to the center of downtown. The hotel is a fantastic place to stay for those wanting to explore the the downtown area. The hotel is also a quick drive to West Asheville and the Biltmore area. Shuttle transportation to and from the hotel to the venue will be provided for all guests, staying inside or outside of the hotel.
