We're biased, but UGA is a fantastic university with a beautiful campus. Check out the UGA Arch on North Campus, but be wary of walking through it if you think you may attend the university. There is a superstition that passing under the Arch before you get your diploma will bring you bad luck or even the possibility of never graduating... At the heart of campus is Sanford Stadium, home of the Georgia Bulldogs (or Dawgs, if you are a true fan). While you cannot enter the stadium, you're able to take a peak over the fence at the famous hedges - you may even spot Uga's (our beloved mascot) doghouse on the side of the field. The Founder's Memorial Garden is another picturesque site. Adorned with over 300 species, including rare trees, shrubs, and perennials, this historic site boasts a formal boxwood garden, two charming courtyards, a serene terrace, and a sunken perennial garden.
