We both grew up in the same town of Rumson, NJ. First met in Elementary school and knew each other as classmates through High School. After College, we both ended up working at the same restaurant. Anna was always asking Hudson to help her carry heavy orders to her tables; of course, Hudson, being such a nice guy, reluctantly agreed every time. We quickly became friends.

On the anniversary of when we bought our first home, we went to one of our favorite spots in Downtown Tampa before a Rangers/Lightning game. When Anna was B-Lining towards the Irish Pub, Hudson stood still and sweaty, Anna went to check on him and he expressed his happiness and dropped to one knee. Anna gasped in excitement and said yes before he could finish the question. Beers were promptly enjoyed. Prost!
