Here's to forever!

We ask ourselves daily how a man from a country far away ended up with a small-town girl in Florida. God works in mysterious ways, and we truly believe there is a purpose behind it all, and His name is Jesus. When we met one another, we were truly in a place not looking for anyone and were honestly content in our season that we didn’t need anyone. We served at camp with one another and started playing pickle-ball with the young adult group. Soon after he asked me for coffee and the hour turned into a full day. I will never forget our first date, we share this story often because God was behind it all. It was a sunny day with no chance of rain, we were speeding through mini golf only making small talk when it started to completely pour and storm. God truly was wanting us to sit down and truly open up and share our testimonies. We ended up talking and laughing for hours and immediately we both felt a connection, after the storm was gone we finished the course but this time our heart posture was different. Looking back and at the bigger picture, and every moment since we were born, truly led up to this exact moment, as we are sitting here recapping our love story. Soon we realized we were falling in love with the person we were going to love and spend forever with.
