Please be at the venue no later than 5:45PM as the ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00PM. Seating starts at 5:30PM. Late arrivals will not be permitted into the venue until the ceremony is over. The last shuttle leaves the hotel at 5:20pm
Entree selection will be made the day of the wedding. Guests will have a choice between a chicken, beef, fish or vegetarian entree.
We know from experience that the Stone Water is fantastic at accommodating dietary restrictions. Tell your server of your allergy/restriction when ordering your entree, and they will be sure to communicate your needs to the chef.
We realize everyone will want to record their own videos and take their own pictures. If anyone would like to do so, please make sure you are not blocking our photographer / videographer or standing in the aisle. Please make sure your phones are on silent prior to the start of the ceremony.
The attire is formal. Tuxes and formal gowns are not necessary, but if you want to get dressed up, by all means go for it! Ladies can wear floor length dresses or cocktail / midi dresses. The men can wear a suit and tie. We recommend bringing sunglasses just in case the beautiful sunset becomes too much. This is an indoor / outdoor event so a sweater for the evening is recommended as well.
While we love your children, our wedding will be a kid-free event. We hope you take advantage of having a night away from the kids and spend some adult time with us!
If your invitation says "and Guest" you are welcome to bring a date! Otherwise, we would prefer to celebrate with just you.
There are multiple hotel options all within 15-20 minutes of the venue that you may choose to stay at. We do have a block of rooms reserved for your convenience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Rockaway, NJ. Please visit the "Accommodations" page to learn more on how to make reservations.
Yes, there will be a shuttle. The last shuttle leaves the hotel at 5:20. Shuttles will be at the Stone Water at 11:30pm to return guests back to the hotel.
Although there is no formal after party, there is the Rockaway River Barn right across the street from the hotel that is open until 2am.
