We are one of the lucky 2% of people who has been so fortunate to marry their High School Sweetheart. We started dating the 1st of June 2013 at the age of 17 ( I know right.... we've been together for 10 years already)

We actually have such a funny story... We visited Table Mountain in Cape Town in 2022. Upon arrival on top of the mountain, it was freezing and like always their was hectic wind. Angelique's parents love photography, so they had a blast, wanting to take pictures at every scenic place (the whole mountain just by the way). Angelique wanted to go down due to the wind and the cold. We approached the side of Table Mountain where you have an amazing view of the ocean and the DHL Rugby Stadium. Angelique asked Zane to take a picture of her on the one massive rock (her back was toward Zane). Zane was already on his one knee at this stage and Angelique thought Zane was busy tying his shoes. When she turned round he was standing on his knee and the ring box open. This was truly one special moment..
