We met online. It was love at first swipe.
Our first date consisted of dinner and then a nice walk by the lake, during which Angelica almost got us ran over several times.
Naturally once Jacob bought his first house, it was nonstop sleepovers. One night turned into two, which turned into a week. By the time he owned the house for a month, the closets already had more of her clothes than his and it was history from there.
What started out as a holiday photo shoot turned into an engagement photo shoot in no time. When the photographer (Jacob's step sister, Amanda) asked Angelica to turn around for a pose, she began to turn and thought nothing of it. That is until she turned enough to see Jacob right there, down on one knee. He proposed, her eyes leaked, and pictures were snapped; exactly as planned. Check out the gallery tab to see photos of this exact moment.
Although it served us well, our first home started to feel a bit cramped shortly after getting engaged. Coincidence? I think not. Angelica was the driving force in finding what was soon to be our first couple purchase. We toured, got both sides' parental seal of approval, made an offer and crossed our fingers. The good news came through and after a couple strenuous months of packing we finally moved in. Although the home improvement projects seem to be endless, we truly love our home and cant wait to start a family in it some day.
