The dress code for our wedding is Summer Formal. While full-length gowns and tuxedos are not required, we encourage you to embrace the vibrant Miami spirit with some bright colors!
We absolutely adore children, but we had to make some tough decisions when it came to our guest list. Unless your invitation states otherwise, we kindly request that this be an adult-only celebration. However, we understand if you prefer to have your little ones with you, and the hotel we've chosen offers fantastic nanny services.
The Wedding party and families will be staying at the Fontainebleau Hotel and Resort on Mid-Beach. We'd love for our friends and family to join us for a fun-filled pool and beach day at the resort on Saturday, March 9th. We'll also provide a list of other hotels in Coconut Grove that are within walking distance of the venue.
We are in the process of planning some unforgettable activities for our wedding celebration. Stay tuned for updates on the exciting things we have in store for you!
Our venue is nestled in the charming Coconut Grove neighborhood of Miami, FL. Here is the address: 3157 Commodore Plaza Miami, FL 33133 United States
Miami traffic has a mind of its own, so we recommend arriving early to the venue and even grabbing a drink nearby to set the mood. As we finalize the wedding day timeline, we'll share the exact times with you. The ceremony will begin in the evening, and if you happen to arrive fashionably late, you might need to wait until after the processional to be seated.
Yes! We'll have an open bar waiting for you, serving up delightful libations throughout the celebration.
TBD
If your invitation explicitly lists a plus 1 or a guest by name, then they are most certainly invited! Kindly provide their full name when you RSVP so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure they have a wonderful time too.
The easiest and most convenient way to get to the wedding venue would be to use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft.
Parking at the venue is not included since we didn't meet the minimum number of cars to secure a parking deal. If you plan to drive (but please don't drink and drive), fret not! There are several parking garages in the area as well as street parking available. We recommend arriving 30 minutes earlier to allow ample time for finding parking and strolling to the venue. To make things easier, we'll provide you with a list of nearby parking locations.
We want to ensure that everyone has a delightful dining experience, so if you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to the Bride directly at 937-903-0265 as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and create a menu that satisfies everyone's taste buds.
The ceremony will be an unplugged event, meaning we kindly request that you set aside your phones and cameras. We want all of our cherished guests to be fully present and soak up every magical moment without distractions. If you're sitting in an aisle seat, we ask that you resist the urge to "poke" out for that "perfect shot." Trust us, professional photographers will capture all the beautiful memories, and we'll gladly share those images with you afterward.
The RSVP deadline is January 8th. We can't wait to hear from you!
We're still finalizing the end time and the possibility of an after-party. Stay tuned for updates on these exciting details.
