What is the dresscode?

Answer

While we will be dancing the night away by the sea, you will need more than a swimsuit for our big day! We prefer fun cocktail attire - for the ladies, formal tea length, midi or cocktail dresses. Suit and tie preferred for the gentlemen.

Will there be a place to get hair and makeup done?

Answer

There are several lovely salons in the area just a short drive away. We recommend checking out The Reeds at Shelter Haven for hair and makeup needs!

Are kids invited?

Answer

There will be no guests under the age of 18. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to our venue limits, we can only accommodate those guests who are formally named on your wedding invitation.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

September at the Jersey Shore is our secret summer! You still get summer sun but without the humidity (and crowds!). Prepare for temperatures to be in the low 70s during the day and mid 60s at night.

Can I videotape the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from using your cell phone during our ceremony to preserve the experience of the moment for ourselves and our guests. We will share our photos and videos when they are available.

Will I be walking in the sand?

Answer

While we will be perched by the ocean, our wedding pavilion does have a floor! You will only be in the sand if you want to be.
