Is there a Dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We would love to have everyone dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies to be in their floor length dress and Gentlemen in their suit and tie. Ladies: Think floor-length dresses in a summery pastel colors. Opt for luminous silks, floaty chiffons and other soft textures to channel the effortless elegance. Please kindly avoid wearing white, dark tones such as black, red, navy. As the venue is quite grassy, please make sure to stay away from wearing stiletto heels and opt for blocked heels/wedge for comfort. Gentleman: Come dressed in your most dapper suit and tie. Go for light shades such as beige, peach and periwinkle for the perfect sunny season colour palette. Linen and cotton suite blend are your bestfriends during the Philippine summer. We would love to see you in lighter coloured suits for the occasion! Light greys and browns are perfect too! Please avoid wearing denim pants, rubber shoes or slippers.

Where and When's the Wedding Happening?

The ceremony and reception will be held at Sefriya Farm and Orchard Batangas. Located at V2JG+48, Alitagtag, Batangas, Philippines on February 8, 2024, Saturday. While we understand that it might require a bit of travel, We envision this weekend as not just a wedding, but a getaway filled with relaxation, joy, and unforgettable experiences. Your presence would truly make it all the more magical. To ensure your comfort and enjoyment, we've curated a selection of accommodation options and local attractions on our website. Can we film or take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment with us by turning off all electronic devices during our ceremony. Please allow our professional photographers to capture the memories, and let's create an intimate and distraction-free atmosphere together. Your presence means the world to us, and we can't wait to share this magical day without the distraction of screens. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. :)

What's the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than November 15, 2024. This will help us finalize arrangement with our caterers and other suppliers. We need to give them a heads up so they don't make 500 meatballs for 50 people! :)

Is RSVP-ing really that important?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY! RSVP-ing is incredibly important! When you RSVP, you are helping the couple with crucial information needed for planning their wedding and we can allocate seats for our guest who confirmed to come.

I can't make it anymore, even though we said YES. What now?

Answer

Aww, we will miss you! Please contact the Angel or Gavin just give us a quick heads up so we can allocate your spot.

Can i come even if i said no before?

Answer

Aww, your "No" was set in stone. Please contact Angel and Gavin for any available slot but if not, We had to pass along your seat to another love one. But we'll miss you!

Can i bring a date/guest/plus one?

Answer

No, Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests we formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with our beloved friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

Any gift ideas?

Answer

Having you join us on our special days means the world to us! if you wish us a gift, we'd love a contribution to either our new home or our honeymoon fund in lieu of physical items. On our wedding day, envelopes and monetary boxes will be available for your convenience.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event (the only exception are little ones in our bridal party/immediate family). Invitation will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off! To ensure a delightful experience for all our guests, we kindly request parents' assistance in supervising their little ones throughout the festivities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a joyous and harmonious atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. Thank you!"

Is there any accommodation? Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

While we won't be providing on-site accommodations, we understand the importance of convenience for our guests. We will make arrangements with close by hotels, which offers a special group rate for those attending our celebration.

Will the wedding be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We're doing the ceremony and reception outdoors. It will be a lovely garden wedding. Ladies, consider platform heels for comfort.
