We bonded the most back when we both were devastated by a break-up. Sarah has seen me at the lowest points in my past relationships and now gets to be by my side for the best one. She always has the best advice and never beats around the bush. She challenges me on things and keeps me in line. I love how she asked Steven the first time she met him, what his intentions were. We used to meet up and walk while we caught up on everything. 3 hours later, we would be exhausted but still talking. I was so happy and honored to stand by you on your wedding day and thankful that you will be standing by me on my wedding day!

I have Joann to thank for finding Steven. She was determined to find a good guy for me and messaged her brother with a list of criteria for my future boyfriend to meet. Thankfully, he knew the perfect guy, and the rest is history. Joann is a romantic at heart just like me, and always up to watch Hallmark or talk about a good book. She has encouraged me in all aspects of my life, from standing up for myself to being a good wife. Joann, thank you for always being there for me and leading by example. And for standing by me on my big day!

I met Sarah and we were instant friends. I've known her the least amount of time compared to the rest of the bridesmaids, but I love her just as much. She is one of the most sincere people I know and tries to make everyone happy. She was even in on my engagement surprise and captured our proposal on video. There was no doubt that I wanted her to be by my side on my wedding day. Sarah, thank you for being genuine, making me feel welcome, and being there to make me smile. From sleepovers to spring break trips, Morgan and I have had a lot of fun. When I was going through things last year, I even found old handwritten notes we had passed in school. She didn't hesitate at all to drive me to work after I broke my foot and couldn't drive 2 years ago...and she did that for a month. This shows how loyal she is as a friend. I'm thankful for our friendship and that it is stronger now than ever. I'm also thankful that our guys get along so that we can all hang out and go places together! Friends since middle school, Sydney and I have been through a lot and done a lot together. One of my favorite times with her was when I spent 2 months in South Bend for my clinical and she was going to school at Notre Dame. She made sure I felt welcome and that I had a great time. She invited me out with her friends, took me to my first Notre Dame football game, introduced me to some great local places, and made sure I was taken care while I was away from home. She even made sure the place I was staying at up there was in a safe area. I will forever be grateful to her for that. I've enjoyed our trips to Florida and Chicago, just to name a few, and can't wait to explore the Northern part of the U.S with her next! Sydney, thanks for all the fun spring break trips, cross country and track meets, sleepovers, and church camp times. I wish you were closer so I could see you more! Christy is the one who has always given me tough love but is the first to offer to defend me if someone says or does something to me. She is also known as the muscle of the group. Anytime I needed help with a patient, I'd call on Christy. No matter how much working out I did, I could never get defined and muscular arms like her! She is definitely a strong, smart, and determined woman that has taught me a lot about life. Christy, thank you for always listening to me and telling me when I'm too naive in life. You have been a great mentor to me in PT and in life. Thank you for standing by me on my big day!

At work, so many people thought Amanda and I were sisters or twins. I always took it as a huge compliment. She has always been there to listen and to give me advice no matter how busy her life is. Amanda is one of the most self-less people I know. She is always willing to help anyone out and would do anything to protect her 3 girls. She taught me financial wisdom that allowed me to pay off my student loans and taught me many other valuable things about life. Amanda, thank you for teaching me how to be a strong woman despite all the craziness we are surrounded by. And thank you for standing by me on my big day!

George is my oldest brother. Early on, you could find us on opposite sides, with the oldest and youngest mentality like brothers do. Even though he doesn’t always get the credit he deserves, he has always been someone I looked up to. I’ve always tried to mirror his success. He has always been exceptionally good at everything he has ever done, and I know I can always call on him if I ever need anything. He has always checked in and made sure I was doing what I was supposed to be doing and gave me the tough brotherly love I needed to become the man I am today. George is a family man and puts the needs of his family over his own to teach his kids and develop them just like my dad did to us! He leads by example and I’m proud to have him standing next to me as my best man and to continue to show me the right path!

Dave is my second brother. We grew close at an early age. I’ve gotten to see him thrive in sports and I've also worked jobs with him. He always had a leader mentality. He is gentle, he loves teaching kids, and he will pretty much do anything for you if you just ask...but you have to ask lol. I strive to have his temperament, since he is such a calm individual. He is another person I have looked up to, even though I don’t express it much. I’ve always believed he could have gone pro in baseball. He is one of the best pitchers I've ever witnessed. Now he’s doing what he loves and teaching the game he loves. He is an inspiration, because most people live a life at a job they hate. Instead, he pursued his dream of teaching kids to become the best version of themselves, and is coaching middle school and high school at the school we attended! I'm happy to have him there on my big day!

Oh jacob! Where do I begin. One of my closest and longest friendships. We are probably the most alike personality wise. We laugh at things we probably shouldn’t and we have done some pretty stupid things in our lives that could have gotten us in trouble, but I wouldn’t trade any memory I have with him. One of my favorite things about him is that he can turn any terrible situation into something funny and make me feel better instantly. He is usually the person I call when I’m stressed because he puts everything at ease effortlessly. We could talk for weeks about anything and everything. I knew when I broke his phone 16 years ago, that we would be best friends...even though he hated me at that time! I’m thankful for you and all the advice you’ve given me to live my best life, even when that advice went in one ear and out the other. I will forever owe you a Hadorn’s donut for breaking your razor phone.

The man Nate! Roomies for the last 3 years! I will always appreciate you. You put a roof over my head when I made an abrupt move back to Lexington, no questions asked. I’ve been in some of my darkest times with a break up, and health issues in my family, and you have been there guiding me and getting me out of slumps. You question me and my health when I’m not living up to my expectations and you call me out when needed. I will always appreciate you for it. You’ve help me get remotely better at golf, and you always find it funny that no matter how much I practice, I still end up sucking. But, you always put a smile on my face no matter the circumstance. I’m thankful for you picking me up in dark times and always having my back. Also, for keeping me up to date in music. I'm lucky to call you a friend and proud to have you standing with me on my big day!

Adam! My longest friend! We’ve competed at pretty much everything. You have been there to mellow my temper and you always find a way to check me when I’m not on the right path! I was lucky to grow up around your family, and now all of your siblings are in my wedding! That shows a lot about the impact you have made on me. From staying at your house on the weekends, to playing sports, to getting into mischief, I’ve always had a blast being around you. Anything that you set out to achieve, you have accomplished. You influence me everyday, even when I’m not even around you. Just like the rest of my wedding party, I look up to you and I couldn’t be luckier to have you standing with me on my big day!

Zach! The youngest of my friends, but one of the wisest and hardest working. You have achieved and strived for greatness since I met you! I’ve probably known you the second longest, but since you were a lot younger, we didn’t get as close until I moved back to Lexington. You have been one of the most influential in my life. You always question what I’m doing, but I know you want to see me succeed in anything I do. I look forward to our twice a month lunch dates where we can catch up on our friendship. I look to you for advice even though you’re a lot younger than me. I’m lucky to have someone as wise and smart as you in my corner. I’ll never forgive you for the time we played tennis and I pulled my groin. I dropped to the ground and you said, "I hate to tell you this, but I stilled scored the point though!"

Travis! I believe you are one of my toughest friends! I don’t think people entirely understand our friendship, mostly because we wrestle like brothers, but that’s ok, because I know you understand. You are one of the toughest people I know! You have always had my back, and I’ve always had yours. We used to train like warriors with running and working out. There aren't many people that can be 40-60 pounds less than me, but put me in my place! You have been there for me mentally and physically, you’ve checked me when I deviated from my values (just like the rest of our friend group), and you have done all of this with a smile on your face. You may be my cheapest friend but if I asked you for a few dollars you would and have given it to me, especially when we were poor college kids. You are one of the most friendly people I’ve ever met and you've never met a stranger. I’m lucky to have a friend for so long through thick and thin, and I couldn’t be happier you are with me on my big day!
