What time is the shuttle bus leaving the hotel for the ceremony?

Answer

The shuttle bus will begin taking guests from The Homewood Suites to The Northampton Valley Country Club at 5:15 and again around 5:45.

The shuttle bus will begin taking guests from The Northampton Valley Country Club to The Homewood Suites at 10:40 and again around 11:30.

Do I get a plus one?

In an effort to keep the size of the wedding manageable due to limited space (and allow as much time as possible for partying with our closest friends and family!), only those who have a plus one on the invitation may bring a guest.

Please send back your RSVP for the wedding day (included in the invitation) by August 1st.

There is free parking at the ceremony, hotel, and reception.

Answer

Yes, we have a room block and rate discount at Homewood Suites by Hilton Newtown. See "Travel" tab for more details!

I want to stay at the hotel. When should I book a hotel room?

Answer

Our wedding rate will be effective until August 1. Please book your room before that date in order to receive our discounted wedding price. Updated information* You can book a hotel room up until August 10th!

I have a food allergy, how should I communicate this?

Answer

Please disclose this to us in your RSVP or reach out to us. We will make sure Northampton is fully aware of any food allergy or dietary restriction.
