Maricopa Amtrak Station

For those who prefer NOT to fly or drive directly to Glendale, the Amtrak train will get you from your starting point to the Maricopa Station in AZ. Note: This option is a longer commute to the venue though, about 43 miles from the station, or 1 hour of travel.

This is where we will be staying prior to and after the wedding. To accomodate our out of town wedding party and any guests who would like to stay close, we have reserved a block of 20 rooms for 4 nights and 5 days: 10 King Studios - sleeps 2-3 people 10 Double-Queen Suites - sleeps 2-5 people Blocked out dates are Wed, Jan 24 to Sun, Jan 27 with the option to stay a shorter or longer amount of time. Rooms are first come, first served, so book as soon as you can via the direct link below! The hotel is about a 15 minute drive to/from the venue, and a 20 minute drive from/to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. It is located just north of the Westgate Entertainment District, which hosts lots of bars and restaurants, AMC movie theater, Dave & Buster's, the Cardinals football stadium, Coyote's arena, the Desert Diamond Casino and Tanger outlet shops. This relaxed 3-star hotel is located in Midtown, a 3-minute walk from the light rail train station and only 6.3 miles from the wedding venue! Free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs are offered in each of the casual rooms, along with coffeemakers, mini-fridges and microwaves. Suites add separate living areas with pull-out sofas, and additional TVs. Freebies include hot breakfast, parking and a local shuttle. There's also an airport shuttle (fee). Other amenities include an outdoor pool, a hot tub, an exercise room and guest laundry facilities, plus a business center and a convenience store.

Best Western Downtown Phoenix

This contemporary 3-star hotel is located in Downtown Phoenix, 4 miles from the Airport and and 1 block from shops and restaurants. Utilize Grand Ave for the majority of the commute and you'll be at the wedding venue in about 15 mins! (7.5mi distance) From the hotel: Straightforward rooms have work desks, mini-fridges, microwaves, satellite TVs and free WiFi. Kids 19 and under stay free with an adult. Suites have separate living areas with pull-out sofas. Amenities include a free breakfast buffet, outdoor pool, fitness center, sports court, business center, laundry machines and free parking.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North

This high-end 3-star all-suite hotel is located 6 miles away from the venue and in a great location not far from all the downtown restaurants and museums. From the hotel: Understated studios have sofabeds, Wi-Fi access and flat-screens, plus microwaves, mini-fridges and coffeemakers. The 1-bedroom suites add separate living rooms and kitchenettes. Room service is available. Cooked breakfast is complimentary, as are regular evening socials in an atrium lobby bar. There's also a relaxed restaurant. Other amenities include an indoor pool and a gym, as well as a coin-operated laundry and a convenience store. Parking is offered (fee).

Uber/Lyft

If you are staying at a hotel downtown or nearby, Uber and Lyft are great options for affordable transportation to the venue on the wedding day! You will need to have the app installed on your phone in order to request a ride with either service, but it is very handy to have, especially if you're carpooling with a small group!
