ID Requirement
Answer
The River Club has a strict ID policy. Anyone who looks under 40 will be carded upon ordering their first drink. If you have an out of state license, please note that a backup method will be required (credit or debit card will suffice as backup). Thank you for your understanding!
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! School buses will be arriving at 3 pm to the DoubleTree to pick you up and take you to the venue. Please be prompt as they will be leaving at 3:15 pm. They will leave the venue at 10 pm to take you back to the hotels.

What's the deal with the Welcome Drink?
Answer
If you are in town the night before the wedding, feel free to stop by the guest house behind the River Club where we will be staying for a quick drink with the bride and groom. We will have beer, wine, seltzers, and snacks, but feel free to BYOB if you want anything specific! Drop in whenever you'd like, but we ask that all guests arrive at 6:00 or later as to not drive by the 5:30 wedding ceremony at the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is plenty of parking onsite if you wish to drive. We will also be providing transportation to and from the venue to the hotel.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is cocktail attire: think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits for the women, and suits for the men.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Due to space constraints, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
