A photo of your USA vaccine card is valid to get into all indoor spaces including the wedding day.
Italy's currency is EUR - best to order from cash from your bank at home. Do not bring USD to exchange. Credit cards welcomed in most places, but not some taxi's for example. At this time, masks may be required on entry to any indoor facility that requires them (shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc). They will not be required at the wedding. Electronics: USA-EU (Italy) plug converters are available in the USA for purchase on Amazon, etc. This is good for charging phones, laptops, etc. Anything that heats up like a curling iron will require a proper convertor.
