Duration: 90 min. Includes: Transportation, long board, rash guard, certified instructors of ISA, fruits and water. We recommend: Swimsuit, sandals, towels and sunblock. Costa Rica is well known as a surfing destination and its time to experience it yourself. Take a 90 min surfing lesson in Playa Santa Teresa, Playa Hermosa or Playa Cabuya with our certified staff. They provide lessons for all ages and levels. All you need is your suit and some sun block!

Hike in Cabo Blanco National Park

Duration: Half day. Includes: Transportation, entrance to the Park, fruits and water. We recommend: Comfortable clothes for hiking, sunscreen, insect repellent and camera. Part of the Tempisque Conservation Area, the Cabo Blanco Natural Reserve was created in 1963 by the Scandinavian couple, Olof Wessberg and Karen Morgenson. The first major project of conservation in Costa Rica, this reserve came into force to protect the area from the deforestation that took place around the Peninsula of Nicoya in the 1950’s. Minimum 2 people.

Zip-Line at Montezuma Waterfalls

Montezuma, Costa Rica

Duration: About 4 hours. Includes: Transportation, fruits, water and guide. We recommend: Swimsuit, towel, closed shoes, mosquito repellent and sunscreen. This zip lining consists of a series of 9 cables, 13 platforms that are suspended high above the forest floor. The tour allows the opportunity to see a number of plants and animals unique to the area, including possibly howler and white-faced monkeys, parrots, iguanas and much more. The adventure includes a visit to the famous Montezuma waterfalls, where you will be able to enjoy the views or go for a swim in the pools carved by the cascading waters. The boat ride from shore to the Island will take about 45 minutes, ride along the coast enjoying the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the Nicoya Península. During the boat ride, you may encounter cheerfully dolphins, jumping manta rays, primitive turtles and in some cases while in season humpback & pilot whales. Upon arrival at Tortuga Island, enjoy time snorkeling in the volcanic rock reef surrounded by crystalline waters, home of Angelfish, Porcupine fish, Spotted Eagle Rays among other tropical species.

Hike in Curú Reserve

Reserva Curú, Costa Rica

Duration: Half day. Includes: Tranportation, guide, fruits and beverages. We recommend: Closed toe shoes, comfortable shoes, sunscreen, mosquito repellent and camera. Curú is the first Wildlife Refuge established in Costa Rica, in the year 1983. This farm style refuge combines a sustainable use of land, so wildlife and humans can interact in the same space. The different ecosystems found in Curú, give this area a variety of species that are generally easy to spot along the trails. Varied wildlife in the Reserve will allow the opportunity to possibly see hauler monkeys, white face monkeys, a wide variety of birds, agoutis and other animals. Perfect for those who enjoy bird watching and love nature.
